A chat workspace for your own AI agent. You run the agent; this App gives it conversations, live streaming, runs that survive closing the App, and approvals when it needs you.
Download the Android app (0.17.1)| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Phone | Android. There is no iOS build or store listing yet. |
| An agent runtime | Hermes on a machine you own (VPS or laptop) with Node.js 22+. |
| Account | An email address — you create the account in the App. |
Download the APK above and open it. Android will ask you to allow installing from this source; the App has no store listing, so that is expected.
Open the App and sign up with an email and password on the sign-in screen. The same account works for the web client once it is served from the Gateway origin.
On the machine where Hermes runs:
npm install --global @azuddin/hermes-adapter hermes-connector connect
That prints a QR code and a copyable link. Scan it with your phone's own Camera app — the App has no built-in scanner on purpose — then check the agent identity the App shows you and approve. There is no API key to paste and no port to open: your machine dials out to the Gateway, and the pairing code expires after five minutes.
Keep it running after that:
hermes-connector service install # user-owned service, no root, no inbound port hermes-connector status # paired origin, agent identity, connected state
Create a conversation, send a message, and watch the reply stream in. Close the App while a run is going and it keeps running; if the agent needs an approval or an answer, it asks in the thread and waits for you. Reopen the App and the missed events replay in order.
The Gateway stores the conversations, runs and event log so they survive an App restart. Your agent's reasoning, tools and model calls stay on your machine — the Gateway never runs them and never pays your token bill. Revoke a device in the App at any time; the Connector then refuses to reconnect with that credential and asks you to pair again.
Beta builds. This APK is for sideloading: it is signed with a test key generated on the build host, not with a store upload key, and it talks to the production Gateway at https://aamg-api.azuddin.com. Installing it means trusting a build from this page; the source is public in the project repository.
